Deloitte sponsored my green card. Need 1-year experience from previous employer in job requirements. Deloitte is my first job since graduation (college internships was less than 6m in total) Two years at A and less than 1 year at C. Working w the PERM team to solve but wanted to get some thoughts.

Recently heard a friend’s employer backed out of h1b sponsorship last minute (they previously promised her to sponsor h1b), and now she has to leave the US. Did you all have your employers promise to sponsor H1b in writing? How to avoid a situation like this?

I got H1B visa and 83K USD petition amount as annual package. Here I and my wife both are working and earning 50LPA together. Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?

- OPT ends in late June, so I can stay till mid-late August (grace period).
