How saturated is the recruitment industry. I am asking in terms of recruiters. I wish to start free lance recruitment instead of salary based because my husband’s job demands a lot of travel, so I can manage house and kids.
I am even ready to start some no-pay opportunities to prove my potential and then take a start from there. Because we have kids I need to start this as a side hustle and then slowly make shift.
