“As you know, overall TAM with the products that we have and we'll introduce is about $75 billion. We have revenue of about $6 billion right now, projecting to be about slightly over $6 billion this year.”

My take is:

They’re going to end the year with just over $6B in revenue this year, and that they have a revenue pipeline of $6B, which they expect to earn this year, and will grow slightly by year-end. (Bearish view)

Others believe this:

He meant they’ve earned $6B YTD versus original projections of slightly over $6B for the year. (Bullish view)

AMD officially had revenues of $1.65B in Q1, $1.76B in Q2, and estimated Q3 would be $1.7B. That would mean Q4 would only be about $1.1-1.2B. If you look at the low end of analysts estimates, it’d miss those by a lot.

If you take the bullish case, then they’re going to have revenue of almost $2.6B this quarter which would be their highest sales ever or at least in the past 15-20 years.

What’s your take on it? Btw - I emailed investor relations for clarification so I’ll respond if I hear back.

Question: Girl friends parents finally came over for a ristha. Everything went great or so I thought but now she wants to time to think about moving forward. The pain point she brought up is that we are in different states and she is feeling pressed. Although in that time she has started communicating less and I literally had to beg her to get on face time. My gut says she wants to end it but unsure. Any advice ? Question for the bowl. Recruiter arranged an interview with a local legal firm for an Office Manager role next week. On paper everything looks great, but the firm has a reputation as being as "ambulance chasers" and for only hiring "good looking young people." I'm really not sure that I would fit in with that work culture. I will go in with an open mind, but If I start to get the vibe that it isn't the place for me, at what point should you just end the interview early?

Highly Technical Market Sell-Off - Though, it has picked up over lunch and I suspect that short term turn is in near. Old floortrader told me once, never trust a market that is making new session highs or lows during lunch. That's not normal. This might not be a normal day; but we do need to rebound to get another opportunity into the short trend. So, count on it. The last draw is more suspect as it hasn't been proven to exist yet. So, we will see how we look when we trade 9855.75 on NQ.
