An agency I freelance for wants to hire me full-time. They told me for a Sr Copywriter, 100-110k. I countered with 125-150.

I also said I'm interested in a higher-level title - I currently freelance as a Creative Director of Copy elsewhere (they don't have that title at this agency.)

They came back and said yes to the title and to 125, with a 6 month review that could raise it to 145.

Which is good for Sr Copy, but low for CD/ACD level. Don't want to screw myself over. What to say now?

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any? Hi Fishers, I am working as PM with YOE - 12 years. PM exp - 5 years and prior to this 7 years as PO/BA.
Current CTC is 33 lpa.

I have an offer from Accenture. They are paying CTC 48LPA, but fixed is 36.5lpa.i am having discussion with another company which is a small product based b2b company.

How much salary should I ask in this company considering my YoE. They are offering Senior PM role. What are the things I could negotiate in this company.
