Difficulty in finding jobs- Is it so difficult to find jobs in today’s market? Not just finding jobs but to earn money. I find it almost impossible to earn money or find any job in today’s scenario due to AI. Is it me or anyone still feeling the same?

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
