Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? I joined CG on 27th July, the first project require me to work on documentation not related to my tech(networking) this I said no and went on bench.
The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

I have offer from Paypal and Acc*ure.
Acce*ure is direct employment and Paypal - I need to work with Collabera firm for 1-2 years then Paypal will make me as permanent employee based on my performance. Paywise both are perfect now, but when Paypal hires as its own employee they will provide 40% more than Collabera, which is 50-50 chance.

In terms of career, Paypal will definitely increase my learning curve. Accenture, I'm not sure.
