Had a salary discussion couple of days ago with Harman International for Sr. Consultant position. They offered me 16.5 lpa fixed. Now I regret I should have negotiated more

Is there anything I can do to increase salary? And how's 16.5 lpa at Harman for Sr. Cons position?

Got an offer. But, the employer is not willing to wait for year end joining bonus. This is already an earned bonus for FY21 with payout 3 months later in Dec.
The sign on doesn’t cover the year end bonus with a gap of 18K. Otherwise, I want to accept the offer. How would you approach this conundrum?

I’ve been offered a reporting consultant job for less than 60k and I bring 9+ years of experience to the role. They should be offering more. I don’t want to settle but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to move. Reporting consultants should start at $65k per recruiting sites. Any advice? How can I get HR/recruiters to offer more? TIA

How many married professionals with young families are just sticking it out “for the kids”? Marriage is very dead and has been for a while. Young kids 4 and 1. My wife and I don’t fight, but share 0 interests outside of the kids and can’t stand to be around each other. Noob negotiator here. Holding multiple offers for the first time and my notice period is also ending shortly. Need some advice/tips on how to leverage these offers to negotiate the best deal.
1. How to communicate to the HRs, without being needy?

I'm working in application production support project in cognizant and I have good knowledge on ITIL process, ITSM tools, SQL, core Java, mongodb and Hands-on experience in splunk, ELK, dynatrace, GitHub, Jira, Agile methodologies, service now, insomnia, studio3t,UCD etc..
My current CTC is 6.5 L and I'm 5+ years experienced and scared on whether I'll get a job outside so didn't try to get at all...

2. I got offer from Accenture (Role: Technology Consultant Analyst /17 lak) and IBM (Role: Business Analyst / 13 lak).
3. Now in TCS they are retaining me to travel on-site early next year mostly Jan or Feb. (Just a verbal communication by a trustful manager).
