The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

McKinsey & Company I received an offer from McKinsey & Company in 2021 and I’ll be starting later this year after graduation. Obviously because of the pandemic, inflation is slowly trending upwards. Has anyone asked for a base salary increase before even starting the job? Any advice on how to approach this?

I worked 3 jobs at the same time. And they all knew. As long as they are willing to work around it or if it already works. I don’t see why they would fire you. You got to pay the bills. So they would understand

Unless it’s required for you to disclose OBAs (Outside Business Activities), you don’t need to. But there’s no real harm in letting your direct know why you need to leave at certain times on certain days… especially early career…
I would let the full time job know just so they don't feel like you're hiding something from them. I know you're not required to, but sometimes it's good to cover yourself in advance. I would also advise you that if the full time job asked you to do overtime or finish a project late, that you stay and get it done. Don't give the excuse about the other job. They won't want to hear it. That's why I also said let the full time job know in advance. That is, if you value the full time job and its salary over the part time job. Also maybe look into making sure you have a cushion from leaving full time job at end of day to starting part time job, so in case you have to work overtime you don't have to give an excuse to either job. Hope that made sense.
Good luck.
Depends on the job. If it is a conflict of interest.... ex: a competitor to your company or a client you're working on... you should probably say something.
otherwise, I wouldn't be too concerned though it depends on your current employer's policy.

It's fine to tell them, if they can accept then everything is good, if they cant then just move on with it
I will say some companies are funny So read the firm's policy and see if there are any rules
