Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA
Hi all, any CDD openings with your firm?

Disclaimer that I’m still in big law but I’m in privacy/cyber and have done secondments. Every in house lawyer I work with on the privacy side is so grateful to not do incident response. The nature of the work is incompatible with wlb, especially at a bigger company. Fire drills are to be expected. Also like you mentioned, little room for upward trajectory compared to product counsel roles. Having the skills is always helpful but I wouldn’t choose a role where incident response is the main focus
Probably not. Whenever I hear “half this and half that,” I always assume that it’s not a perfect split, and consider the reality that the less appealing thing might take up, say, 70% of my time in practice. I wouldn’t be okay with that, because my goal is to develop as a product counsel

Yes to WLB during incidents, but depends on frequency and size of incidents, how well developed procedures are, etc. No opinion on the second question.
