I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. I received a job offer from company A and am currently negotiating salary. I have an interview with company B next week and know that they offer a higher base pay. There’s no guarantee that I will be offered a job at company B but my gut is telling me that company B would be a better fit for me. Should I accept the offer from company A, continue interview process with company B and then rescind my offer with company A if company B offers me a job? Will I be burning bridges?

Hey fishes, recently got an offer of 245k plus a bonus, but no specificity and at least 3% cost of living annual raise. My current job I make 150k plus a 20% bonus and an annual cost of living raise anywhere from 2-3.5%. Have been in my current position about a year. Things have been a bit bumpy (not a me issue) I have a new supervisor and was recently given 7 direct reports (I had zero before). The new position while comes with a significant raise is a move to California. Any thoughts?
