Does any of the big4 firm allow working remote from Canada/ overseas? Any policies that restrict that?

Bangalore AC folks. I have accepted the offer from PWC with the condition of "Permanent WFH" but today I got to know from my batch mate that they are calling him back to office. Is it true they ll start hybrid model like other companies in coming months?

Might be starting at a small agency as a full time Junior AD soon, fingers crossed. It's my first full time position since WFH began.

Other ADs who have transitioned to WFH, what equipment do I absolutely need in my at home workspace? And how should I bring it up?

Hi All, I have two offers on hand.

1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

Yoe is 2.8 and tech stack is DotNet Dev.

Which one would be better to join, considering the CTC, benefits and WLB?

72k + 7% bonus + WFH permanently

Or

90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.
