Me and my husband booked a house back in March for 1.3 M in Bay area. We paid the EMD of 30K. Since then the real estate price has dropped and interest rate has increased. Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.
