Are teachers ever bullied by other teachers or administration at your school?

Most companies offer 2 or 3 weeks vacation for new employees. Is it a big turn-off to hiring managers for a request of 4 weeks?
How many of you get separate PTO days for miscellaneous personal stuff or work/life balance? What is everyone getting these days for number of sick days? I think the standard 5 isn’t enough now that everyone has the chance of getting the flu and COVID.

I'm an Account Director at a creative agency and was recruited for a Sales position at Salesforce. The preliminary questionnaire entails lots of questions around quotas and achievements. My agency doesn't provide quotas. And because my role is post-sales not sure how I would even formulate this metric. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm not even sure if I want to go into sales but really don't want to pass up an opportunity at Salesforce. Thank you kind people.
