Do you add pictures to your resumes, and does it actually help? I was sharing with my cousin that I've been out of work and finding it really hard to find another job, and he said it matters a lot that I add a photo in my cover letter/resume. He's in the advertising field, so I'm not very sure this works the same in this field. Thoughts?
