Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

I like the Theralogix prenatal (the “Complete” set) still taking it 13mo postpartum.
Complete is what was recommended by “the Egg Whisperer” and what I took for trying to conceive. I especially like that it includes an Omega DHA pill. https://www.ccrmivf.com/blog/fertility-benefits-omega3-fatty-acids/
My acupuncturist put me on a Xymogen prenatal when I was having more struggles with IVF a few years ago than I am having with my second go-round this year. I'm currently taking One A Day but haven't had any levels tested yet for pregnancy purposes. Embryo transfer was successful, though! I was on a Nature Made fish oil before my acupuncturist tested some levels back then, and my omegas were low despite taking it.
I'm not sure why she likes this brand in particular but there are a lot of Xymogen apartments in her office!
I initially had Nature Made Prenatal from Costco. After I started to use SuppCo app, I figured it’s not good. Switched to Thorn (recommended by my acupuncturist) or Theralogix TheraNatal Core (from It Starts with an Egg, when I travel / don’t wfh as it’s only one pill per day).
I use Nordics Natural Ultimate Omega for Omega-3.
For CoQ-10, I’ve used many different brands. Currently on Solgar Ubiqunol 200mg, mainly due to price-quality ratio for 200mg, and add a bit Life Extension Super Ubiqunol CoQ10 100mg with PQQ when I remember it. Also had Doctor’s Best Ubiqunol 200mg before (also recommended in It Starts with the Egg) and Qunol Plus Ubiqunol 200mg with Omega-3 250 mg (cheapest from Costco.com, but lower score).
I loved the NatureMade prenatals! I still take their postnatal (baby is 16 months, I’m weaning now). Not sure what the lawsuit contends, but I can tell you that I personally had no ill effects, and baby is happy and healthy.
I’ve taken the Thorne prenatal. It’s 3x a day, which I really liked because it cut down on the nausea that most prenatals cause. You still MUST take with food, but I wasn’t nauseous for hours.
Just as another data point, I started with the fancy and expensive Theralogix and then switched to the NatureMade gummy brand. Had exponentially better results on my egg retrieval and transfer while taking the NatureMade than the rounds we did while taking Theralogix. My opinion, backed by my new RE that doesn’t have a referral deal with Theralogix, is the supplements/vitamins are not going to move the needle as long as you have one with the right amount of the basics and folic acid, etc.
That being said, if it helps your mental health to feel like you are doing everything possible and you can afford it, go for the expensive stuff.
Needed egg quality support helped me. I only froze 1 mature egg in cycle 1 but was able to freeze 3 in cycle 2.
I used the ones that were prescribed by my doctor as they were basically free, and even they ran out I bought the Walgreens brand as the big bottle was significantly cheaper than the brand name but with all the same benefits. No nausea. Last time around I used to get so nauseous after my nature made prenatals.
Ritual prenatal! I love it and it never makes me feel sick.
