Hi Fishes, I am in the salary negotiation with a startup in Ad-Tech space located in Bangalore. I am in the HR field and the new role is exactly what I am looking for. But the CTC offered is 8LPA which is on the lower end considering average salary of the role and company.

I'm on my notice period and got an offer from a company which is the role I'm looking for. However, they've given only 1 day to respond to the offer. This company is 2nd on my priority list and I got this from a personal connect.

Designers, have you ever been in a position where you’re pretty much taking the lead on all aspects of the project? I.e writing project briefs, putting together workshops with client, and on top of that you’re the one actually working the outcome of the project?
