Do you have any helpful tips on getting your resume seen?

I'm lost on whether or not my resume is actually working. I've had someone look over it and I've also run it through a resume checker. (It gave me dumb feedback but I changed it anyway just to see, and still nothing)

I'm considering doing something wild and making it bold and edgy and seeing if it helps... but I don't want it to flop against any resume scanners.

What would be the chance of getting call from Infosys HR? if it has been 2 weeks since they asked for documents just after the technical round. In the infosys porta application status showing review in progress.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

What’s proper resume format? I’ve heard a few general bullets and then select projects under it. Then education. How do you guys do yours?

I was discussing my recent job search with some friends and we got into a small debate. I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.

Should I take more initiative? It’s my stub year and I’m getting worried. My hours have been super low the past two months, I’m talking like maybe billing 3-4 hours a day and billing no hours on multiple days. I ask for work but the tasks I get don’t require a lot of time. Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours?
