Always. At the beginning of the week, we bake two sheets of meat/vegetables in the oven and make a huge pot of some sort of carb, usually a pasta or rice dish. Then my husband and I eat that throughout the week. We both have very demanding jobs but can't afford to be eating out each week so this works for us. It's really easy too.

Thank you for the inspiration!!
I try and meal prep every Sunday. I make things that are easy like chicken and rice, salmon and broccoli, etc. It's just easier for me to have things ready to eat so I don't get too overly hungry.
