Do you meal prep for work? If so what day do you prep? I feel like I should start doing it.

Always. At the beginning of the week, we bake two sheets of meat/vegetables in the oven and make a huge pot of some sort of carb, usually a pasta or rice dish. Then my husband and I eat that throughout the week. We both have very demanding jobs but can't afford to be eating out each week so this works for us. It's really easy too.

like

Ahhh. That is a good idea! I’m glad it’s working for you

Air fryer big batches of everything and put into 6 or 7 tupperware for the week!

like

Wow this is my first time hearing fried rice in air fryer. Does sound like a healthier alternative!

Always! Look on Pinterest & consider Factor Meals for inspiration. I never order lunch at work. The cost adds up quickly. Meal prep helps control the macros.
Protein + Starch + Veggie
Always pack a sweet and salty snack and your water bottle.

Thank you for the inspiration!!

I try and meal prep every Sunday. I make things that are easy like chicken and rice, salmon and broccoli, etc. It's just easier for me to have things ready to eat so I don't get too overly hungry.

Ahh ok Sunday sounds like a good day

I used to do it the day before my shifts started. Only a few days worth to keep sizes/mess down.

Add up what takeout costs for a week and you might get inspiration.

Crockpot chicken soup or chili are traditional winter favs. Loaded baked potatoes stopped just short of the 'loading' to keep them fresher.
Quite a few Indian recipes work very well in crockpot or instapot incarnations.
And when all else fails...Lasagna!

That sounds great!

I’m an L&E associate entering my 5th year at a mid-sized regional law firm (approx. 400 attorneys). Barred in PA/NJ. Billed 2100 last year but my requirement is 1950. Should I try to lateral into BigLaw or should I try to go in house? Are either of those realistic options for me? I seem to be doing a significant amount of municipal law too, which is not what I expected or wanted at all. I want a life but would also hate to take a pay cut. Interested in L&E. Advice?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. Hi fishes,
I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.
