I say “EY” because I’m not a boomer
lol at the rebranding

How long until it’s just pronounced Eye.
My boss still calls it Ernst & Ernst 😅
EY, but many of my clients say E&Y
I'm so old I still say ernst & winnie
EY…side note, I’ve come across older clients that still say “PW” to me…like c’mon, we only merged more than 2 decades ago.
I’m 27 but I actually still use “Pricewaterhouse” when talking to boomers outside of interacting with them at work. I find “PwC” just don’t hit the same when they ask where you work.
eh, Y bother?
Pro
EY for me, but people not familiar with accounting seem to prefer E and Y.
Saying E&Y is like saying Pw.
My preference: EY and PwC.
(I’ve worked at both)
Most clients and the general public (the ones who are familiar with the big4) still call it E&Y or "Ernst & Young."
Pro
EY
interchange between the two
Rising Star
I started with E&Y but have conformed
Uncle Ernie
Looks like “ayyy”
Whenever someone says E&Y, I expect them to follow up with, “quality in everything we do.”
I feel out of the loop. How long has it just been “EY”?
