Hello, i worked as ICU nurse for 2 years ( my first job after graduated from college) when my 2 years contract was almost to the end my manager told me that icu wasn’t a good fit for me. This left me with a lot of confusion because I thought that I was doing progress and doing good. It brought me a lot of unsecured in my decision and what kind the job as RN I am good enough. During my 2 years of work no patient dies and no causes to make patients get worse. Or if it was a strategy to avoid paying me as experienced icu rn.
I might accept a new role to start fresh but am scared to make the leap!

It’s always scary but new is also exciting and opens more doors best of luck !!
I've always made New Year's resolutions and I regard them as a fun thing. I just like the idea that once a year we're encouraged to focus on self-improvement. My goals are usually something attainable, like exercise goals. This year I want to continue taking a walk every day, which isn't too difficult a goal as that's my daily thinking time. I'd also like to get back into my regular reading habits, I haven't been reading as many books as I used to.
