How does Manager level at PWC compare to ACN?
Strategy& fish - i’m currently recruiting for org strategy. Ive talked to associates (in the healthcare practice) and theyve mentioned that it doesnt matter whether youre in corp strategy, org strategy, etc and that you’re pretty much pooled by industry when it comes to staffing.
Can someone confirm this? Also, what do you expect the restructuring to look like?

It goes associate, senior associate, manager, senior manager, director, partner.
Previously there was no SM, just went from M to D.
Is that what you’re looking for?
Yes I believe so my friend told me job opening was requiring min 7 years exp so he was surprised and thus asked me...!!!
I’ve haven’t looked at the cohort ranges yet but figure high $180s-250K or so on average. I’m roughly in the middle of that. Directors are both pretty senior folks who’ve risen internally or joined from other consultancies or more senior folks from industry.
A lot of Directors who come from the outside don’t work out unfortunately. My advice would be to ensure that a candidate has a demonstrated history or quick relationship building, sales and project management in their technical space. This is one level below MD/partner so most are not too technically hand-on.
