I take a one hour lunch break away from my desk.
When I didn't have kids/responsibilities, I used to take lunch breaks more often. That midday break mattered more to me than what time I was done for the day. Now that all my work is squeezed in between dropping off kids/picking up kids/running kids to sports and activities, I don't take a lunch break because it would just mean more time I had to squeeze in somewhere else.
At least go outside and take 15 min walk after you eat. It is so important to move body after consuming food.
Just depends on the day. Sometimes I eat at my desk and have more of a working lunch, other times I can get out and move around. A change of scenery is nice even if for just a half an hour or so. It does feel like culture wise there is more of a shift to actually taking a break.

When I was younger I took a lunch break and sm/d leaders told me to always prioritize taking a lunch break. Now that I'm an sm/d I always eat at my desk.
I’ve had my career for a decade. I don’t think I’ve ever had lunch on my desk. I always take it away. At the cafeteria, restaurant. Always a different environment. When I work from home, my lunch break is TV while eating. Very important for my well being.
My preference is to just have a sandwich at my desk. If I don't have a reason to go outside, it's just a lot easier. I can eat, play Wordle, check my personal emails and texts on my phone, and take a bit of a mental break.
Unless it's crunch time or a deadline, I take at least a 30 minute lunch in the breakroom on a different floor. I work on a daily puzzle in the newspaper (when someone doesn't get there before me). It's a good reset for the second half of the day.

One hour break away from my desk - but I'm not in big 4 anymore so I actually have time
I eat at my desk, that is if i even eat. I am not going to lie it has been really hard to remember to eat because most days I am so busy that I just forget to eat and then wind up with a headache at the end of the day. I need to get better about actually taking a lunch.
I eat at my desk as we are allowed a 15 minute break. If we want a longer break then we have to work longer to make it up.
