Hi, I recently came across Scaler's MS program, which offers masters degree in collaboration with Woolf University (European University). And, I am looking move to Canada in near future. Will the master degree offered through this course will be accepted by the education evaluation institute WES? If yes, is it considered as equivalent to Canadian Masters degree? Need an SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name and relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. Probably, but it’s as much an ad’s responsibility to concept and come up with big ideas as it is the cw’s. The writer shouldn’t have to put in extra work to make up for shortcomings of the designer.
For sure
Easier for a Designer do Art Director’s tasks that the other way around.
As long as the GD honors the AD role to service the brand and not just do something random because he/she thinks it “looks cool,” you’re fine.
(I had one those types of GDs once and it was beyond frustrating. Only when the CD ripped them apart did the person finally listen)
far as I understand it, ADs gotta ideate at a level, GDs gotta execute it at a level.
Totally, most good designers can do both roles. I worked at a place that eliminated the role of AD altogether.
