Does ANYONE actually work for Deloitte’s Green Dot Agency? Or is it just an AI bot that mass produces job listings?

why is Uber requiring 4YOE for L3 strategy/ops roles?? You can’t get L4 unless you have 4+ YOE, and at 3YOE they quoted me $105-115k base for L3 manager title strategy ops position. Negligible bonus and RSU. Why such low comp???
