On my notes, I make a teacher page for the unit with the standards and benchmarks that the notes cover. It covers pacing and objectives. When I have an observation, it’s at my fingertips.
Before the pandemic we did complete lesson plans with a behavioral objective, activities, materials, and standards that were due in Realtime by 9 am on Mondays.
Lessons with standards, Do Now, details each example with a script, reasoning behind grouping and include at least 2 Higher Order Thinking Questions and a Plan B (for early finishers) and since I teach inclusion class ( I need to have a plan for my paraprofessionals). My district is something else. Due by Friday 3:05 PM for the following week.

Even for an observation, my admin doesn’t ask for a full lesson plan with standards, etc. I haven’t written one since I was student teaching.
I’m in Oregon. Can’t say that my experience is regular for our state, though. I’m thinking it has more to do with our district and school.
I try to note standards for the week. But mostly its just a few notes and the activity I have planned.

I include standards. It is a requirement of our district.
We have a Google Doc that we must fill out for every topic we cover and we must state the NYS standards in this doc.
Our team organizes objectives to match the pacing guide. My lesson plan is ordered on our learning platform in each day's folder. So, yes.
I have an outline and a pacing calendar. Does that count? 🤪 Seriously, though, we have a course overview with standards, and our finals are aligned with standards. But outside of that, I only write them out for observations. Even then, it’s only certain admin that require them.
Due by Sunday evening and must include objectives, resources, activities, technology integration, assessment, differentiation strategies, and standards! Takes hours!!!!
