FFP is like a lot of practices the bottom feeder cases are terrible but there are a lot of very lucrative FFP cases with bad faith exposure that can be huge money makers. If you are doing low level slip and fall PI work, similar quality FFP work is also going to suck.
FPP in my state’s biggest ID firm so other side of the aisle. It’s very firm dependent. Lots of places pay below market for ID work. My case load is close to 60 and most days I’m reactionary instead of pro-active. If you can do sinkholes fees and costs can get pretty large. Cases drag for YEARS (4-10 year old claims are the norm).
If it's homeowners insurance cases then that's a total drag. And find out if the firm does work for citizens. If it does run and never look back
