Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like the seniors don't know your desire to do more. If you sit there during planning and let tickets come to you, without providing any insight or input, or outright providing your own initiative, this can happen.
During planning, or even before planning talk with one of the seniors/whoever-is-driving-the-work and make it more clearly defined that you'll want to take up X/Y/Z. Ask questions, and seek resources to support you during this time as well.
Most seniors don't mind if someone else takes up the work, as long as you don't make more work.
You might as well speak up and see what can be done about it. There might be some reason why things are being delegated as they are. It's possible adjustments could be made if they were aware of your ambition.
Make your wants known! Talk to your manager. I jumped on opportunities to do tasks I knew would grow my skills. Speak up, if someone is quicker to take a task tell them you’d like to do it. If there’s time in the schedule, they should take the time to bring you up to speed, as long as they don’t feel they’re still doing the work for you. A lot of seniors like juniors stepping up and showing initiative too!
Totally agree, and if you are making yourself known, they likely have too much rework and don't trust you with more complex stuff.
You could definitely approach your team with "Hey, I really want to get better at [aspect A], which tickets can I grab that will help me grow my skills in this area?" No guarantees, but hopefully you can start getting some more useful work.
Keep in mind also, however, that not all of software development is the cool new shiny feature -- much (most?) of it is comparatively boring stuff. Get comfortable with the amount of boring work there is to do, while trying not to position yourself as a dumping ground for the work nobody else wants to do. There's a balance.
And if you're not making any progress with the other devs on your team, schedule a 1:1 with your team manager about it. Don't whine about how you don't get to do the fun stuff, express your concern that the tasks you get to pick from aren't helping you grow your skills to make you a more valuable team member -- if it's really the case that the seniors are grabbing all the exciting work, the team may need some, um, "direction" in terms of developing the skills of the junior devs. Good luck!

I build out the sprints but I allow the team to pick what they want to work on. That allows me to not hand pick for them and give them all an equal playing ground
