Does anyone else keep a list of recruiters or companies that they will not deal with or is it just me?

Can anyone pls connect me directly to the manager for onboarding, instead of company's job refferal id wise, coz mostly none of the companies actually reach out. I'm tired of current organisation's politics and want to quit. But due to 90 days notice period not getting any calls for interview.
I'm a PLSQL developer and data analyst using Excel and Tableau (basic), currently I have 2 yoe also having fair knowledge unix and java as well.

I have completed all my pre-joining formalities & submitted all relevant documents. Once submitting the BGV got an auto mailer saying that it would take 14 days to complete the BGV. And the days are over now. Also, so far, I didn't receive any mails.

Do I need to wait or follow up with recruiter? Please advise?

Attended interview in hexaware, selected and completed CAF form. HR mentioned that it's sent for approval. But it's been a week and didn't got offer letter.
In general, how long it will take for approval of offer letter and get it released?

I just started with a company as an HR Generalist. Within the 3 weeks of being there, my boss’s boss left, and today I found out my boss gave notice. HR is not valued at the company and it’s disheartening to know I was hired into a mess. I am now actively looking but how do I explain to other employers why I am actively looking and what do I put on my resume? I have never had to deal with this before.

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Day of remote interviews at a tech co for in-house. 5 YOE. Planning on wearing a suit. Tie or no tie?

I recommended a candidate for hire to a manager that reports directly to me. This person is a perfect match, but wanted the manager to obviously recommend. It has to be a fit. The manager just told me my recommendation is not her top pick. I feel frustrated because as much as we talk about the position, I wonder if we are mot aligned on criteria. What do I do? Do I push more for the person I want or will I cause an issue with the hiring manager? How do I get her to see this person’s value?
