Does anyone feel like Al is being touted as a solution for everything, but it just makes their job harder? Need a resumé? AI. Need to prepare for an interview? AI. Need to negotiate an offer? AI. Need to network? AI. And most times AI just gives fluffy responses which need to end up having to be rewritten anyway. Frustrating.

I need some advice. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with 20 plus years working in different Healthcare roles. I am working as a PBM Claim Specialist. Now with only 20 days remaining, my Person of Contact infomed me that they're keeping my offer on hold and postponing it to 27th oct. They also told me that I should look for other offers as it is also not confirmed.
Only 17 days left on my notice. Any lead in Data Analyst role with 1.5 years of experience with SQL, Tableau, Excel, Python (Pandas) will be of great help.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

I'm a relatively junior data engineer (2yoe), the only other engineer (senior) that trained me left about a 6 months ago and I negotiated a nice raise for the extra responsibilities.
