I’m turning 30 next month! Looking for ideas for a place to go with a group of ~5-10 friends. Ideally fun music to dance to but not tooo clubby. Bottle service/ability to reserve a table/space would be preferred too but not a must. Don’t really care what neighborhood it’s in. Ideas?!

I am currently a civil engineer thinking of switching to software engineering. I got my masters in water resource engineering where I was coding a decent amount for assignments and it has really stuck with me. Unfortunately, in my current role and field (civil), I don’t really get to do much coding. Does anyone have a similar experience of jumping ship to do software engineering? What would be the best way to go about it (coding bootcamp, another degree, something else)?

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?
