Does anyone have any insight into why healthcare companies shy away from offering internships? Is it a legal thing or an HR thing? I run a private practice so I'm flooded with applicants bc little to no other healthcare orgs offer internships yet every position out there, entry level included, requires some sort of experience. What's the deal?

How have you seen telehealth and virtual care affect the admin side of the industry?

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing.
