I’m doing a class sign up via a form auto workflow from Microsoft form to excel. In my excel workbook, I want to auto update a separate sheet with the classes folks opt to sign up for. How do I create a lookup for if x text in one cell is true (ie name of the course), then it gives the name of the person in a separate column. Is this an index match match? And can I do this as data is continually coming in?

To be clear, this isn't about the money. It's about the hassle. I'd just rather pay an upfront gratuity fee that covers all of tips for the entire stay.

I have recently joined a very small service based organisation with limited projects after 2 years experience in infosys, someone from work got me scared saying i shouldn't have joined a small organization after working for infosys as it will now be hard for me to again go into a big, established company. Does bigger companies have a bias against hiring people from small scale companies?
