Does anyone have experience settling with the IRS to pay off a debt?

The initial debt was $37k from the 2019 tax year. I made a large payment and have been on a monthly payment plan for almost three years. I currently owe $19k. I have filed on time every year. Are there any programs or something that I can say when I call the IRS to try to settle the debt for a lower amount? What's a reasonable amount to offer to settle?

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. How to promote the automation culture and documentation culture? I find it hard to give boni for automations since
a) the amount of automations isn't the amount of saved time

So, the CDC removed the Covid guidelines. I’ve never had Covid. I’m afraid people will come into work not wearing a mask and be inconsiderate… ughhh so distracting and disgusting. Do you ever feel like there are rooms you’re locked out of? I’m a black woman, i lateraled to my group a few months ago with minimal onboarding and welcome. A white woman joined recently and everyone has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and get her integrated into the group. I'm realizing I don't really have any "healthy" ways of relaxing outside of work, so drop whatever you got.
