Does anyone have experience taking sick leave for over 1year while working at a big 4? I’ve been on leave for a little over a yr with long covid (6 month LTD, 1 month of approved LTD & appealing 6 months to current of LTD). Im confident my LTD appeal will be approved but due to extra testing I won’t receive an approval for a few months. Should I be concerned about loosing my job because unpaid leave is exhausted? Unsure how this works while waiting for appeal.
