Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.
SAP SD - 2 YOE Current CTC is 4.8LPA.
how much should I ask at infy? Position offered is associate consultant. Thanks in advance.

Qualifications have their piece, but at the end of the day your best bet is to focus on finding candidates that have a good culture fit.
I would concur... IMHO if I may... The skillset mechanics of work can be trained taught learnt refined polished. Culture mindset attitude almost an uphill challenge. The right culture fit will invariably lead to a better hire with the bonus that if they under your wing you mould them to what you need. Support mentor encourage credit care for them will reap higher performance in a shorter period. Upline will notice how your d er of us doing better because you are managing it right.
