Does anyone here know what I can do to get more consistency in characters using Midjourney? I'm trying to make a small animated short film and I'm taking the route of generating images and using Runway to turn images into video. I simply can't get the images to generate the same character and it's so frustrating. Any tips.. or even suggestions on a different approach?

I have 4 yrs of exp as full stack developer and my current CTC is 15 lpa and notice period is of 3 months. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
