Does anyone know about ANSR Ferguson GCC?
I have got an offer from ANSR tech hub , and they are facilitating GCC for Ferguson. After the legal setups are done, GCC will be transferred to Ferguson but the no one knows about the timeline. HR said that it is not a contractual position but am not sure how legitimate it is.
So anyone being part of this ANSR GCC setup, kindly clarify me and give me some insights.

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

When I look for jobs as Java developer, why many of them asking me about the devops? Docker, kubernetes etc...why it's necessary for a developer ? Project may have a seperate operations team to manage it right ? Or anyway I need to learn it to survive ?
