With 26LPA, new regime shows lesser tax given that my HRA exemption is negligible and i have only 80C investment. Is the fuel and comm bills we submit every month get considered under new regime? My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.

Has anyone had trouble building their network at Deloitte? I’m moving from another consulting company. This will be my fourth time building my network again and I’ve never found it exceptionally difficult.

However, can someone explain what "eminence" is from your perspective, and give me insight on how that's assessed? I've talked to my coach about this but still don't get it in practical terms - like what does eminence look like in a business case for promotion? Thanks!
