HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. When does HSA contributions show up in BOA account? I’m seeing HSA contribution deducted from my paycheck but nothing on BOA account.. had three paychecks so far. Also, does Deloitte deposit a one time firm contribution to HSA account?

So wanna run something by you all. Looking at insurance plans. There are 4 plans that allow an HSA. 3 of the 4 are identical.
500 firm contribution to HSA = ~21/ pay period. Add that to lowest HSA premium plan. It still comes out lower than the out 3 plans. So what am I missing?
