I’m relocating to the Charlotte area soon and looking for a new leadership role (hybrid/remote/onsite). I have over 12 years of experience in corporate management around Supply Chain, Asset Protection, and Project Management. Thank you for your recommendations and referrals in advance 😊

All of the banks/insurance companies
are hiring- Wells, BOFA, Truist, USBank, TIAA, MUFG, AIG, USAA. And there are several manufactures in town too - Trane, Continental, GE, Corning, Sealed Air and several more.

like

Thank you for this feedback. I’ve applied to majority of the companies listed and hope to hear back from at least one them🤞🏾. I will look into continental, GE, and Corning.

Quite a few supply chain consulting SM positions open at EY. Happy to refer if you’re qualified for either of these or others.

Dare I say the sustainable supply chain role actually sounds quite interesting.

Also welcome to Charlotte.

Thank you! I am looking forward to it and networking with fellow leaders in the area.

I know there are tons of openings in the bank. Maybe look at it if it will fit your desires.

like

Thank you!
I will definitely continue check them out. Hopefully I get an opportunity soon, fingers crossed.

Feel free to dm me! Sia Parents is hiring!

You should try posting this in the job referral bowl. I have been able to get several referrals from folks in that bowl. You may be able to get a direct referral for something you really are interested in.

like

Yes! My friend was able to get a job through posting on this bowl. Give it a try!

Most of the big banks are hiring. Truist is the only one I’ve heard of having remote roles. Wells, bofa, tiaa are mostly hybrid-3 days in.
Me and everyone I know has had little luck just directly applying. Find a referral and get connected to an HR rep.

Also, if you are looking for work life balance/good people and culture steer clear of Wells Fargo as best you can.

like

I will defintely check these out. Thank you for sharing.

Would supply chain consulting be a fit?

I feel like I’ve applied to Accenture recently but no luck but I will look into this position.

What happens when you literally CANNOT get tasks or assignments done because of other tasks or assignments? For context I’m out of town for work, had three 14 hour days with the client/ product, now have two different decks due today and am traveling home by air until 10pm. My bosses attitude is like “well why not?” about this whole scenario. Trying to work on deck in my downtime but also need to like…eat…and sleep.

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

Need some insight 🙂 While my job still says KPMG, I moved to a small local firm as an S1 and was recently promoted to a supervisor (manager is about 1-2 years out). I’d like to get into internal audit but am wondering about my chances of getting senior IA positions or if I’m better off boomeranging into risk assurance and maybe applying for manager roles in internal audit in a couple years. I’m in an awkward in between senior/manager spot.

Hello Folks,
I joined Intel Bangalore 2 months ago. I have a few questions I would love if someone from Intel who has been with this company could answer.
1) I am at grade 6 with ~3.5 YOE with compa ratio around 120% which looks higher than average. Will this result in lesser hike for me during appraisal? How much hike can I expect?
2) I received less RSUs compared to other people as I saw from the posts here. Any chance of getting RSUs during appraisal?
3) Any Intl relocation possibility?

Dry. Acidic nose. But for $10 this wine is amazing. Where else can you find a ‘14 vintage for that cost. I Get nectarine hints maybe plum. Very little body. Mild tannin; I wouldn’t mind putting out for guests. If you’re going for something dry, acidic, in the red department, can’t complain. I picked this one up from Trader Joe’s. Hope you find this helpful!
