I have been in advertising roles in media and account for the past 1.5 years but I really want to make a career move to PR because that is what I studied and where my passion lies. I know the market is really tough especially here in NYC. Do you recommend I apply for Account Coordinator Roles or the next level up? I don't have formal PR agency experience but I have experience from my education and in house internships, and general agency experience from my current and past roles Thanks!

I switch to the consulting side with about 2 years of experience, understading that the salaries are usually lower in EP, I wanted to see what's a fair engineering salary in EP 0-4 years experience?
