We're opening a new facility and looking to do some mass hiring for entry level all the way up to experienced roles at our processing plant. It'll mostly be labour/trades roles. Any ideas on how to best go about this mass hiring?

I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
A few questions I have regarding this.

1. What are the perks/employee ben there?
2. How is the work life balance?
3. How is the hike and bonus?
4. How is the scope of moving to development centre of Oracle - IDC?

Finally, what do you guys think about the pay package, should I be targetting a higher pay package?
