I understand A&M comp is primarily derived from the annual bonus based on collections/performance. However, given the significant increase in Big 4 FDD comp this year, are there any plans to raise the base salary for A&M? I have to pay rent every month not just annually 🤣

EY, what is the current maternity leave policy? Does the firm allow leave starting at 38 weeks? Is disability (6-8 weeks) separate from parental leave (16 weeks)? When is full eligibility - after 12 months of employment?

For those of us working with Healthcare clients or in Healthcare, what can we start doing to accelerate healthy change in the industry. It seems like so many people need support and guidance with OCM.

Who is currently hiring entry-level OCM consultants? My close friend studied communications and organizational change, but found their way into logistics. They are looking for opportunities and I think they would be a much better fit as a consultant. My company’s hiring cycle ended so I’m seeing if I can help point them in the right direction before next year. Appreciate any pointers on certs that might help too! What do you wish you knew about OCM/change management when you first started your career? What would you teach your newbie self? Be as specific as possible in your reflection.

My firm is evaluating CM programs/models to adopt as standard, getting some folks trained and certified and creating an ongoing internal training model. I’ve always perceived that Prosci is the gold standard. What other options should we be considering? Our focus is on the healthcare provider space. Thank you!
