My current CTC 13 lpa/8 YOE, Python developer. Im selected for TCS, i told expected 25 lpa, she told we can give max 19 lpa, i told i have to think, she cut call, next day she told to join call to take screenshot with ID. It's been a week, they didn't send CTC break up, status is "evaluation in progress". They rejected me? Can I expect offer? TIA Tata Consultancy

Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.

Wouldn’t listen to any generic answers on here. That varies so much by your specific role within GS.
I’m currently making 240 there as a VP in NYC. But like others said, it will vary widely. There are 14k VPs in the firm, 500 VPs in Dallas, 400 globally in CWS. Across those 14k, you’re going to have people making 100k and 500k.

I like to keep it vague. EY is already paying me handsomely. A company needs to add 20%+ or I’ll stay put.
