I would say the 61.k salary. The way that they have an hourly rate instead of a salary plus commission makes me worry that you won’t get full 40 hour weeks consistently. Plus if it’s not an amazing product, you will have a hard time selling it…so make sure it’s a product you really believe in if you’re banking your salary on it. I think the stability of the first offer is better, personally.

I personally would go with salary, as it’s a lot easier to get approved for apartments or credit cards with something set.
With that said, I’d ask yourself the following questions:
1. Is there a significant difference in responsibilities, title or prestige of the employer for one offer vs the other?
2. What does job/professional development and promotion timeline look like for each?
3. Have you gotten a chance to meet your team and manager for both? For your first role, having good leadership, a supportive team and good manager makes a world of difference in starting your career off on the right foot.
I would take the first job since the bonus is pretty much twice what you would make
Depends on the kind of person you are and what is currently going on in your life. If you can afford a few risky moves, choose the second job. On the other hand, if you want to play it safe, I’d say the first job.
First job sounds better. I prefer a salaried position. Thats just me personally.
