Salary deducted even after completing notice period citing hybrid work policy?

My past employer has deducted 28 days salary of 2 months, by citing mandatory Work From Office (Hybrid model) during notice period of 3 months. Severe lower back for reason for me resigning & WFH

Company unfairly allows some employees to WFH. Even contract employees WFH.
I served full notice period & completed all my assigned work. I have records of tickets, work completed too.
Should I approach labour court?

What do you think is a a fair pay for a renewals specialist?

I’m currently a team manager for a team of 8 renewals specialist and I feel like my team is getting low balled by upper management. We are remote.

Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. I’ve asked for a sign on bonus as I’m not eligible for annual next year and will be missing my current jobs bonus. I should hear tomorrow (asking for 28k). Thoughts about the offer? Should I ask for more equity or is that standard? They’re public (currently ~$20)should I get the hybrid option in writing?

Considering an offer to go from firm (4 YOE) to become a privacy/product counsel for a tech company (non-faang). One concern for me is the potential of a recession in late 22 into 23 with the fed rate hikes. My fear is if that happens, me being on the chopping block as new in house counsel. I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.
