Does BlackRock give the package based on the current CTC (as it can be very relative) or do they have a pay range? How much do they pay for an Associate role for the Gurgaon location?
Example - If currently I am having a low package so will BlackRock make the offer as per market standard or just a percentage hike to my current CTC?
