I’m currently a Manager at Accenture and got contacted by a recruiter for a meta EM position. I wasn’t expecting it at all, any tips or resources to recommend to get ready for the interview process?

Does anyone write cover letters when applying for a role? If you do, how do you write one that doesn't repeat what it says on your resume?

Unhappy with role (biz ops/ strategy type) after exiting to fintech. Is it just me?
To clarify, I do like my core team that I lead. But when partnering with XFN (engineers, data scientists, product managers) often feel like a second class citizen constantly trying to prove my teams value to them. They clique together and shut out the folks with business backgrounds. My team get along best with likes of corp dev, finance, partnerships…

Microsoft Interview - Customer Solutions Architecture
I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like.
