Any openings on dynamics 365 ?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Hi Fishes!
I have joined Accenture on April 22 & got selected in a project since then.
I suddenly heard that my project is rolling off few new joiners because of budget & I am one of them.
My first variable pay should be on Nov/Dec 2022. What will happen to that?
Thank you for your guidance in advance 🙏🏻Accenture

Thomas Mann, a German author, said a writer is someone for whom writing is harder than it is for others.
I think we’re hard on ourselves - and should be. I don’t want my plumber or surgeon saying, “Eh, good enough.”
I love this TM quote. Never heard it. But love it. Thanks for sharing.
The only way to succeed at this job is to think you’re garbage and you’re the best writer in the room. Sounds like you need more of column b.
Amen. I mean, yes. I mean, I agree.
Thinking your writing is bad is a necessary (but not necessarily sufficient) requirement for being good
You can gain confidence as you grow in your career. Awards, other external validation, and as your instincts get honed…
I feel the same way. Just remember you were hired to do that job because they can’t. Even on your worst imposter syndrome days, you’re creating something the client literally can’t do for themselves or they wouldn’t have hired you. The confidence will come. Don’t stress.
A bit of imposter syndrome keeps you honest. But from a career perspective, nobody wants to hire a sure shot gas bag, but also, not someone who seems lacking confidence in their own work.
Follow a method: look at the brief and guidance, check their tone of voice and brand vocabulary, and try putting yourself into a customer's head space as they read your work. Is it compelling? Is it honest? Do they understand what's on the page and why they should keep scrolling?
If you can provide the rationale to the client, you are in the clear. Be confident; it grows on you.
I often think mine is bad. I think we just have super high standards and expectations of ourselves. When my CD gives me simple suggestions, it makes my scripts10x better. One day, I’ll hopefully be at his level. Also, now that I’m working to mentor interns and juniors, I can see how much more advanced I am than where I started.
Are you actually an above average writer?
Sometimes, I will sit down and think to myself, I'm really enjoying I'm writing today. And other days, I hate everything that comes out of me lol.
