Does Salesforce Developers earn comparable to other tech Developers like Full stack?

A recruiter texted me on LinkedIn for a role in a leading consulting firm in Malta. She did not mention the firm name yet, asked me to ping her back with my CV and expected pay. Will this be a good move?

Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture.
