4/2021: file I 485 (marriage based GC to US citizen)
5/2021: F1 STEM OPT/EAD expires
8/2021: need new F1 to attend grad school - now I know I need to leave the US and apply for new F1 visa from my home country. But I won’t be able to leave the US with I 485 pending, UNLESS I get advanced parole, but even that takes 120 days. Do I have any options other than to go home and reapply for F1 before filing I485? (Cont)

Got a job offer amid covid-19 and company asking to join on receipt. My visa expires in next one month and passport in next 3 months. Should I join on receipt and take risk?

Hello All, is any firm open to hiring a senior consultant specializing in Data Analytics and ML. I have 6 years of experience with 3 years in USA in Big 4.
I would require a work authorization visa to work in Germany.

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.
